IDC staff work together with a dedicated Board of Directors and countless members of the community to deliver on the mission of the organization. Each brings a unique set of skills and talents to the work of IDC.
Fowzia Adde, Executive Director
Fowzia has been the Director of IDC since 2003 and carries the vision and mission of the organization to the community with a strong voice. As a multilingual social entrepreneur herself, Fowzia works with other immigrants from the community to help them overcome barriers and realize their dreams of self employment. She and her family have lived in the Fargo Moorhead area since 1999.

Project Manager/Architectural Owner’s Representative
International Market Plaza Project
Humanity and now is contracted for the development & construction phase of the International Market Plaza project. Tia serves as liaison between design/construction teams and IDC board and staff.
